This page states the terms of use (“Terms”) under which you (“You”) may use our platform, INTERNSHIP by CBZN CORPORATIONS. Please read them carefully as they affect Your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for an account or use our websites and apps. These Terms are effective on the date they are published on our websites and apps.

a. Our websites and functions are provided to you for your use subject to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you (Students, School, and Company) and CBZN CORPORATIONS. By accessing or using our websites, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms.

b. We may update these Terms from time to time and the updated version will apply to you. Our current Terms will be accessible through our websites.

c. If we reasonably believe that changes to these Terms will be materially disadvantageous to Users, we will provide a notice on our websites, 30 days before the changes take effect.

d. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms, you should not continue to use our websites and apps. If you continue to use our websites and apps, your use will indicate your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.⁠

a. To register an account on our websites, you must be capable of proceeding into a legally binding contract in the country in which you live.

b. You must ensure that the details provided by you to us on registration (or at any time) are correct and complete.

c. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your details so that we can communicate with you effectively.

a. When you register an account through our websites, you will be asked to create a password. As for a Student/Candidate account, they can also use their Google Accounts as a means of logging into our website. To prevent fraud, you must keep your Login Details confidential and must not disclose them or share them with anyone. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Login Details or any other breach of security that is relevant to us.

b. For situations where there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of our websites, we may require you to change your Login Details or we may suspend your account until further notice.

c. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity in your account. You can change your password anytime in ‘Settings’ and remove any linked services whenever you wish.

d. If you do not maintain the confidentiality of your Login Details:
all resulting losses or damage incurred by us or you shall bear you, and you shall fully indemnify us should we suffer any loss or damage.

a. The INTERNSHIP by CBZN CORPORATIONS owns all intellectual property rights associated with our websites and related functions. Subject to the below paragraph, CBZN CORPORATIONS retains all intellectual property rights in our websites and their functions.

b. For Schools and Advertisers, we don’t own any of your existing intellectual property (like your school/company logo). However, you give us a permanent, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use in the services we offer. If you withdraw this license, we may not be able to provide some products or services.

c. Unless proper permissions are processed, the materials and content on our websites are for personal, non-commercial use only. You must keep all copyright and ownership notices intact. You can’t reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

a. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use our websites and functions for personal or work purposes, but this can be terminated at any time.

b. You may not use our websites or apps to:

Share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content;
Copy, duplicate, or aggregate any content, including expired job postings;
Reproduce content for general use or link to it without permission;
Encourage illegal behavior or break laws, regulations, or codes of practice;
Interfere with others’ use of our services;
Copy or store copyrighted materials without permission.

c. You agree not to resell, assign, or make unauthorized commercial use of our websites and apps.

d. You may not use automated tools like data mining, robots, or screen scraping on our websites or apps without our written consent.

All users agree not to:

a. Violate any laws or regulations, including privacy laws, or breach our Privacy Policy when transmitting, posting, distributing, storing, or deleting content.

b. Attempt to breach the security of our websites and apps, including unauthorized access to data or accounts, probing systems, or sending unsolicited emails (e.g., ads or promotions).

c. Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of our websites and apps.

d. Copy or aggregate content (including expired job postings) without permission.

e. Post content that promotes scams, false information, illegal activities, or harmful content, or endorses illegal actions (e.g., making weapons, violating privacy, or spreading viruses).

f. Post a profile, or resume, or apply for a job on behalf of someone else.

g. Share login details with third parties.

h. Access data or accounts you're not authorized to access.

i. Post inaccurate, incomplete, or false biographical information or anything that isn’t your own.

j. Post content with restricted access or hidden pages/images.

k. Solicit login details from other users.

l. Delete or modify someone else’s material.

m. Harass or promote harassment of others.

n. Send unsolicited emails, phone calls, or faxes for promotional purposes, or contact users who have opted out of communication.

o. Interfere with service by submitting viruses, overloading systems, or using methods like “spamming” or “crashing.”

p. Use our services for illegal activities or post offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, or harmful content.

q. Post fake profiles or resumes to promote products or services.

a. We can suspend or cancel your Candidate account at our discretion, especially if you breach any of these Terms.

b. You can cancel your Candidate account at any time.

c. Suspending or canceling your account doesn’t affect either party’s legal rights or responsibilities.

d. If you have an employer account, the Advertising Terms of Use govern when we can suspend or cancel it.

a. These Terms stay in effect as long as you’re a User of our websites and apps.

b. If you breach these Terms, we may take legal action, including but not limited to:

Removing your User Content;
Immediately terminating your Candidate account;
Restricting or removing your access to our websites, apps, or Services.

c. Some parts of these Terms will still apply even after you’re no longer a User.

a. Our websites and apps mainly serve as platforms for:

Employers to post job opportunities and evaluate candidates;
Candidates to create profiles, search, and apply for jobs;
Advertisers to post ads.

b. We are not responsible for User Content, the quality or legality of job listings, resumes, or job opportunities, and we don’t guarantee the accuracy of any content on our platforms.

c. We do not endorse any jobs or opportunities listed on our websites and apps. We recommend seeking independent legal or financial advice before engaging with any advertiser.

d. We may remove User Content, including profiles, at our discretion, and we may remove employer content based on our Advertising Terms of Use.

e. While we try to ensure the accuracy of content on our websites and apps, we don’t guarantee its reliability. We will correct inaccuracies as soon as we can.

f. Dealing with other users carries risks, including harm or deception. You assume responsibility for interactions with others and should use caution.

g. Our websites and apps may contain errors. We don’t guarantee their accuracy, reliability, or completeness, and use is at your own risk.

h. Nothing on our websites and apps is an endorsement of any user or third party.

i. While we protect your information, there’s always a risk that it could be accessed unlawfully during transmission or storage. We are not liable for such breaches to the extent allowed by law.

j. If we breach these Terms or have other legal liabilities, we are only responsible for direct losses that are foreseeable when you use our websites and apps. We aren’t liable for business losses, such as lost data or profits.

a. We are not liable for any loss of information caused by interruptions, suspensions, or terminations of our services, or for the accuracy or quality of information shared through our services.

b. We do not control, edit, or amend any content, emails, or information posted or shared through our websites and apps, including content from third parties.
